You must be over 16 years old to order products from HJORT BEER. By confirming the terms of trade, you confirm that you are over 16 years of age.

Order Approval

The order is approved once order confirmation is accepted.
Reservations are made for force majeure - including strike, lockout, war, fire, as well as material and manufacturing defects, transport difficulties and / or material shortages caused by our subcontractors. These delays do not warrant the cancellation of the order.

Prices and payment

HJORT BEER receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA and MasterCard.

Payment will be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

We take reservations for printing errors, including errors in text, prices and technical descriptions.

HJORT BEER uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information.

Shipping and delivery

HJORT BEER har levering alle hverdage. Ordrer afsendes 1-3 hverdage efter modtaget og godkendt bestilling. Leveringstiden kan være længere op til jul og højtider.

Der er en fragtpris på 50,- DKK til pakkeshop, og 70,- DKK til privat adresse.

HJORT BEER bruger GLS til forsendelser i Danmark.

Warranty

A 2 year warranty is given according to the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to errors in material and / or fabrication.

The right to complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or defect has been detected.

HJORT BEER will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on demand are not received.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right to Cancellation

14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The notification must be given per mail at shb@hjortbeer.dk. In the announcement you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send back. You will find it here 

The item's condition when you return it

You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates.

If the item is tested in other ways than described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must only do the same as is allowed in a physical store. You can pick up the item but not open it.
